The kids played several games, mostly the foundational skills like scarf games, if you're happy and you know it song, i spy with my little eye and obstacle course.
Scarf games, this activity uses the scarf or a similar object such as a light tissue or a handkerchief. It encourage the child to follow the movement of the scarf with his/her head and eyes. The scarf is drop from above and encourage the child to catch the scarf with his/ her hand, head, elbow or foot.

If you're happy & you know it, this activity is done by singing the popular song “if you're happy and you know it, clap your hands...” and by replacing the “clapping your hands” phrase with other actions like stomp your feet, shake your body or tap you head. This activity encourages the child to perform the action of the song.

I spy with my little eye, this activity is done by using floor markers, cones, bean bags, balls or any colorful objects. First, a player calls out an object in the room that is visible then everyone raises to the object by walking, running or crawling. Next, is to call a feature of an object in the room like its color or shape.

Obstacle course, this activity uses cones, floor markers, hoops or blocks. First, set up cones or hoops and have the child play “follow the leader”. Done by singing or chanting the activity such as over and under, around and between, or slow and fast.
