LOVE IS GOD AND GOD IS LOVE. I heard people saying that they are in love or is it really love? Love in my perspective is not just based on feelings. Love must be founded by Love itself which is Christ himself. Maybe some will not agree with my perspective of love. However, I have my constitutional rights to express my perspective about love and you have the choice to believe it or not. Hence, love is a matter of choice...hehehe
I watched the movie FIREPROOF last night and I was really in awe of God. It confirmed my perspective of Love. Somebody asked me before if how I define Love. I always define Love base on 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. Let me share it with you:
"Love is patient; Love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails....."
However, he told me that, hey, it's not the definition of love. It's hmmmm....I forgot what he called it but in my perspective, it's how I define Love.
Furthermore, God is Love. In my experienced, I understand the deeper meaning of Love when I accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour and He accepted me as His child. Before I didn't know how to love until God love me first. Only in God, we know true love. If we don't want Him to enter in our lives then we cannot do the second commandment "To Love others as ourselves." That's why I was really blessed by the movie FIREPROOF because it confirmed my experienced. By the way, the german meaning of love is LIEBE and I have a friend who has that name and she just celebrated her birthday last February 24. We rarely see and talk to each other though. The last time we saw each other was last February 2008. However, consider this as my belated happy birthday gift to you LIEBE!

According to him, we should be happy because we are products of love. This is what the Good News is really about - God is love - He loves us so much He wanted to be close to us. This is why He sent His only Begotten Son...
Every morning, we chant this mantra - "I am Loved, I am Loving, I am Lovable."

That's right "We are Loved, We are Loving, We are Lovable" because of the Holy Spirit that is within us, who continues to guide and convict us in our walk with Christ. Apart from it we are nothing.
